EXTRAPOLATION FROM PREJUDICE
In this work I decided to begin with the interaction between two individuals. I imagined that the already existing place of disability (the man in the wheelchair) was gradually oppressed by his wheels to the point of being closed within them, alone and alienated from the outside world. Suddenly, from the so called ‘normal’ world, a human figure breaks this ‘shell’ and with a firm grip of the hand extracts the disabled person, bringing him into the external world, saving him from oppression and prejudice.
